Senate Bill 519 prohibits employers from taking adverse employment action against employees who decline to attend meetings or participate in communications concerning the employer’s opinions about religious or political matters. The law requires employers to post a notice of the prohibition. Displaying a copy of the bill should satisfy the posting requirement. This law is being challenged in court.
