Washington State Releases Draft GHG Reporting Rules That Are More Stringent Than New Federal Rules

GHG Reporting Rules: Marten Law Group’s article published October 7, 2009 titled "Washington State Releases Draft GHG Reporting Rules That Are More Stringent Than New Federal Rules" contained some inaccuracies regarding the content of Washington’s draft GHG reporting rule that was recently released for public comment. The article has been corrected and is available on the Marten Law Group website at here . Ecology’s proposed rule reflects the statutory requirements for reporting in Washington, some of which are different than the EPA rules.
